Simple Chemistry is a boutique, small business from Brisbane, Australia. We handcraft products and guarantee freshness by making them in small batches. Our products are packed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after purchase, depending on order size and shipping destination.
Where possible, we encourage you to include a physical address for delivery as shipments to PO Boxes take longer, there is no insurance or tracking number, and if your product goes missing, we are not liable for any replacements. As Australia Post is a third party independent of us, we do not take responsibility for any delays in shipping.
Ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not liable for any products not received due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer.
International orders are welcome and will be shipped using international postage rates. Please contact us for prices.
We always do our best – our priority is getting products to you promptly and in the best condition. Ordering online has its risks, and there is always a small chance of shipping delays, or receiving damaged goods. Unfortunately, there are things out of our control, but please contact us via our contact form if you are experiencing any issues with your order; we will get back to you as soon as we can.

PROMOTIONS, OFFERS AND SALE
Simple Chemistry reserve the right to run promotional offers. All offers and promotions are at Simple Chemistry Natural Products’ discretion and are subject to variation or withdrawal without notice. Offers or promotions cannot be applied to previously ordered items. All sale items are subject to availability at the time of your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you have received a damaged product, please contact Simple Chemistry and advise within 5 business days by email or phone. No refunds are provided if you simply change your mind, or ordered the wrong item.
If the product is clearly damaged on delivery, we will provide a replacement. If that same product is not available for replacement, we will either offer a refund or a store credit note. Postage costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
All other conditions are assessed at our discretion. Please advise any order discrepancies within 3 days of receiving your package.
CHANGE IN THE FORMULA
We pride ourselves on creating a natural product from organic ingredients. While we take the utmost care to use a consistent formula and production method, there may be a slight difference between batches in relation to consistency, appearance, smell and texture. As a plant based product – there can be variations in crops or seasonal variability however that is the beauty and uniqueness of a natural product.

Please patch test before use. Our bodies are unique and react differently even to natural ingredients, especially if the products contain essential oils or bi-carb soda. Discontinue if the product causes an adverse skin reaction, and see your doctor or pharmacist immediately if you are concerned about any side effects while using our products.
